Fernando Lira comes from a small, rural costal town called Brookings, OR. Fernando obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Pacific University with honors at a highly notable, Pacific Northwest private research university. Additionally, he also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pacific University where his passion and area of focus was in strategy, marketing, and organizational behavior.
